I had a dream where I woke and it was like a shock to realise the dream was but a dream. It felt potent, real. I wasn’t dreaming I was alive. It hung around longer than usual and still does. It doesn’t happen often and I’m not quite sure why it did recently.

The cake was because I ate a giant slice and did a 15kg ruck at 5:20am to try and balance it out!
