Monday to Friday I get up at 6:10 at the latest. I try to go to bed by 10, though am pretty inconsistent about this.

I want to try and get up earlier and do a workout or sit and think before the kids get up.

Just made me realise that going to bed too late and losing sleep because I have to get up at a certain time is ok but not going to bed earlier to get up earlier. At least in my head!
