a solid litmus test for low value work. If you could do it hungover, it’s probably low value.
Kind of moot for me since the idea of doing my job hungover is terrifying!
Blueberry field in the rain
I realised that twice last week that I talked to people about some of the things that are constantly spinning in my head. Living in China and being a Dad. Like, I know I should do it more but…
Take care. Ducks on the road.
I don’t think I’ve ever rewatched something as fast as I’m rewatching the first season of the Letterkenny spin off Shoresy.
It’s like the Soo, so effing good.
I still remember the first time I thought I was deathly sick one morning before realising it was just the red dragon fruit I’d eaten the day before! 🐉 🍎
Want to live forever?
Be kind.
Make the world shine!
Even just a little
To create a glow

One of them
In bed…
One of them barely moves
One of them is doing interpretive dance
In the morning…

Glad that Kate Bush is trending again.
For me it brings back memories of our old Volvo estate. The one with the seats in the boot and a back seat that would fold down. Listening to the album on a cassette deck, obviously. It’s intermingled with memories of driving to France to go camping.

The date I arrived back in China after visiting the UK nearly three years ago.Have not left, nor really been able to leave since then.
This summer is the same, I could leave but getting back in is so difficult it basically means I can’t.

What’s the most important thing in our lives? What’s the next most important thing? What are we going to say no to so we can focus on those things? What are we going to say no to (or yes to) in order to protect our personal happiness and peace?
The key isn’t to always do more, more, more, but sometimes to do less so that we can do more of what we care most about.
We have no working way to get photos off the camera except this!
Using Mood to track my mood once a day.
Enjoyed this one the most of the first 3 Slow Horses books. Finished reading: Real Tigers by Mick Herron 📚
Because why wouldn’t there be a dinosaur wrapped in a towel in the bathroom to startle you?
